One-click in-app auto-update

Myro now downloads and installs its own updates. Check for Updates fetches the latest Myro package, shows a download progress bar, then swaps the app and relaunches — no browser, no Microsoft/VSCodium dialogs.

A detached helper waits for Myro to quit, replaces Myro.app, and relaunches the new version.
